1. If, after negotiation with an inquirer you’ve decided you’d like to create a license, click on “View Inquiries” again.
2. Click “Create License” under whichever inquirer you want to license your technology to.

1. Select the basic terms of the license based upon your previous negotiations with the inquirer. First document the dollar value of the licensing deal as well as the start and end dates of the licensing deal.

1. Upload the licensing agreement. This must be signed by all parties involved. Then click next.
2. This will take you to the final page of the license NFT creation process. There is no need to do anything else at this point, as the license NFT has already been created.
